In our Critical Access Hospital, you will be exposed to the emergency department, acute care (Med/Surg), swing bed, surgery, outpatient treatment, and so much more!

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.   • Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
  • Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
  • Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs
  • Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
  • Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provides patient and family education

Job Requirements

Required

  • Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire and
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months of start and
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months of start.

Preferred

  • RN Experience
