Vermont State University invites applications for a Part-Time teaching position for Electical Circuits I for Fall 2026 (August 24 - December 18, 2026).

VTSU Williston Campus

The course to be taught is ELT 2041 - Electronic Circuits I


This is an introductory course in electronic circuits that extends DC-AC circuits into active devices and their associated circuitry. Topics include diodes; bipolar junction and field-effect transistors; the transistor as a small signal amplifier and a switching element; op-amp circuits; four-layer devices; oscillators; switching regulators; switching mode power supplies; switching mode amplifiers; and interface circuits common to computer applications.

3 hours of Lecture ane 3 hours of Lab per week.

Previous teaching experience at the college level is preferable.

Salary:

Based on credits previously taught per VSC-VSCPTF Bargaining

Unit Agreement.
