Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of Downhole tools and related products.
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
- Support HSE and quality initiatives through inspections, documentation, and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned..
Job Duties
- Load and unload pallets and Downhole tools from trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Review and document internal and external customer orders.
- Communicate order information in person, by phone, and through NOV applications (TRM).
- Prepare shipping documentation for outgoing NOV products.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Record and track tools associated with failure reports.
- Ship, receive, and maintain records for Downhole product repairs.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming parts.
- Assist with HSE inspections and required documentation.
- Participate in action plans for new projects as directed by management.
- Adhere to all HSE and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Work the schedule assigned by management, including participation in an on-call weekend rotation.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, odors, and varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred; training will be provided if necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
