General Surgeon wanted to join the team in this full spectrum practice with home call for level 3 trauma center in Southwestern Minnesota          

Summary

This position offers a balanced mix of office-based care and surgical practice with light trauma coverage. You will join a highly experienced, fellowship-trained surgical team with expertise in colorectal, laparoscopic, and foregut procedures. The role is part of CentraCare’s established St. Cloud practice, which includes 15 surgeons and 10 advanced practice providers, providing strong support across subspecialized and higher-acuity care such as advanced laparoscopic, vascular, thoracic, oncology, and trauma surgery.

Schedule

• Daytime hours 

• Call 1:4 (can be taken from home - 30-60 minute response)

• Outreach one day/week

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $525,000 - $660,000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in General Surgery 

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
