Internal Medicine Physician – Willmar, MN

Join our team in Southwestern Minnesota!           

Summary

Join an established, outpatient Internal Medicine practice  You’ll work within a supportive team of Internal Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers, alongside an onsite Family Medicine group, all within a highly collaborative environment. The hospital offers 24/7 hospitalist and emergency coverage, allowing physicians to focus on patient care, and is part of a large, integrated health system with full subspecialty support.

Schedule

• Full-time position; enjoy life/work balance with daytime hours
• No weekends or holidays
• Call 1:11; phone call only
   
• Possibility to pick up Hospital shifts, if desired.  

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $270,000 - $390,000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required: 

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
• Any sub-specialty training or interests
