Neurologist Physician – Willmar, MN

Summary

Join CentraCare as a Neurologist in a busy, well-established outpatient practice in Willmar. This general neurology position offers a strong referral base and the support of an experienced Nurse Practitioner, with call shared 1:4 (phone only). Physicians manage a broad range of neurological conditions including MS, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, migraine, CIDP, epilepsy, spasticity, ALS, Tourette’s syndrome, and Huntington’s disease. The clinic is equipped with a new EMG machine and works in close collaboration with CentraCare’s Neurology team in St. Cloud, providing collegial support and specialty resources within a robust regional network. This clinic-employed opportunity includes a significant sign-on bonus and the stability of a large, nonprofit healthcare system committed to innovation, physician leadership, and nationally recognized care.

• Full Time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Willmar  

• Call 1:4, phone call

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $350,000 - $430,000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Neurology 

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
