Job DetailsJob Location: Willmar, MN 56201Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Shift: FirstPosition Summary The Receptionist role provides customer service through answering the company’s multi-line phone system and directing callers to the appropriate team members, while also providing administrative support to Human Resources and other various departments. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.   Accountabilities Reception Administrative Support Cross-training & Development   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answers multi-line telephone system and directs callers to the appropriate staff members. Greet and direct visitors to the company, determine the nature and purpose of visit and direct visitors to specific destinations. Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. Take and retrieve verbal and written messages for various personnel. Assist with photocopying, faxing, scanning, filing and collating as needed. Maintain a current record of staff member’s location and availability. Receive, sort and forward incoming mail and faxes. Maintain and route publications. Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of mail and express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Assist with projects from other departments as needed. Assist in the processing of customer credit applications. Maintain the second-floor kitchen, including cleaning, the dishwasher, and removing trash as needed. Support in the coordinate of special events, including birthday and luncheon celebrations. Focus on cross-training, continuous learning and improvement. Complete other duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications A High School diploma and a minimum of six months’ experience in reception, customer service or administration. The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office. Professional demeanor and presence with the ability to engage with all levels of employees, customers and visitors.   Universal Expectations Demonstrate commitment to high personal & professional ethical standards.
