Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist at CentraCare, you will dispense medications, review orders for allergies and drug interactions and appropriateness of drugs; provide counseling and medication education resources to Providers, nursing staff, and patients in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations. Other duties include compounding chemotherapy and specialty infusions, dosing complex medications (e.g., aminoglycosides, vancomycin, warfarin), supervising pharmacy technicians, managing inventory, and supporting outpatient prescription services.

SCHEDULE

• Part time | 40 hours every two weeks
• Monday - Friday | Rotating shifts between 7:00am-10:00pm
• Rotating Saturday & Sunday | 7:00am-7:00pm | 4-5 weekends/year
• Rotating holiday | Rotating Call: 3-4 times in a 4-week block

PAY & BENEFITS

• Starting pay begins at $59.63 per hour and increases with experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Current licensure by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training, within 90 Days of hire
