Home Health and Hospice Aide

As a Home Health and Hospice Aide, you will provide personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being, and light housekeeping when necessary. This work will provide a healthy, safe environment for healing. You'll also visit hospice patients and help them approach end of life with dignity and comfort.

• Full-time 
• Monday - Friday  | Hours may vary

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $16.07 per hour and increases with experience
• Pay range: $16.07 - $18.10 per hour
• Benefit eligible

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MN required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
• Reliable transportation, Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required by CentraCare
• Home Health Aide certificate and some home care experience preferred
