No prior experience is required as complete sales and design training will be provided, with the next training class scheduled for August 17th-21st.
Designers will work with clients to create custom home organization solutions, including closets, home offices, and garage systems, without the need for cold calling.
On average, designers can earn between $2,000 to $5,000+ in commission and bonuses per month, with a flexible schedule available.

Due to extended growth, Closets by Design is looking for Designers in the Interior Design industry. As a Closets By Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working in a schedule that fits for you! You will receive complete sales and design training, no experience required. Our next Designer Training class will be held August 17th- 21st here at our office in Lakewood.

Design Consultant / Sales Job Description:

Drive to the Client’s house in a driving radius you are comfortable with (leads are provided, Closets By Design does NOT cold call)
Take measurements of the area
Listen to what the client is looking for ---aka, hanging space, shelving, drawers, etc.
Design and draw at the clients house
Price and quote at the clients house
Follow up with the client if it is not a sale.

On average, our designers earn $2k-$5k+ in commission and bonuses per month.
