Your Role:

  • Coordinate preparation of designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
  • Manage the interface between staff, consultants, clients, and any other third parties
  • Administrative functions such as: proposals, presentations, and consultant agreements
  • Maintain technical quality, code compliance, and design control
  • Interpret design concepts by collaborating with project team and translating into workable plans

Qualifications:

  • Registered Architect
  • LEED Certification is a plus
  • 10+ years of work experience with large scale projects
  • Revit Software proficiency
