Your Role:

  • Coordinate preparation of designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
  • Manage the interface between staff, consultants, clients, and any other third parties
  • Administrative functions such as proposals, presentations, and consultant agreements
  • Maintain technical quality, code compliance, and design control
  • Interpret design concepts by collaborating with the project team and translating them into workable plans

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in education and municipal projects
  • State of Ohio Professional Architect License
  • Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365
