Senior Graphic Designer 

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker, skilled in both digital and print design, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of materials including logos, brochures, presentations, trade show displays, social media graphics, digital ads and signage.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the communications, marketing and executive teams, to develop visual concepts that support campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Prepare final artwork for production, including print-ready files and digital assets.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovation.
• Knowledge of UX and User Interface Design a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint; knowledge of Canva is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and apply revisions effectively.
