About the Position

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business.

A day in the life…

Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.
Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

Qualifications for the Position

Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred. be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours. 
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

A Little More to Know…

This position is classified as a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.
Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values.
This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
This position is reviewed annually.

Pay Range:

$16.00/hour - $19.00/hour

Pay is based on multiple factors, such as qualifications/skills/experience, geography, and state and local wage laws. In addition, bonus and/or commission and benefits including healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and product discounts may be offered.
