Job Title: Senior Team Lead, Digital Marketing

Location: Wilmington, DE or London, UK
Hybrid | Full-time

CSC is seeking an experienced, technically fluent digital marketing leader to serve as the right hand to our Global Head of Digital Marketing and Operations. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for someone who can help shape the digital roadmap while also executing and optimizing campaigns across all major digital channels.

As a Senior Team Lead, Digital Marketing, you will play a critical role in scaling CSC’s global digital capabilities. You will translate strategy into execution, ensure operational excellence across platforms, and elevate performance through data, technology, and innovation.

This is not a pure strategy role, and not a junior execution role. We are looking for a digital expert who can think like a leader and execute like a specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Leadership
•    Serve as deputy to the Head of Digital Marketing, helping define and evolve CSC’s global digital strategy.
•    Translate enterprise and business unit goals into actionable digital programs.
•    Act as a senior advisor to business unit marketing leaders on digital channel strategy, performance, and optimization.
•    Step in to represent digital marketing in cross-functional forums when needed.

End-to-End Campaign Execution
•    Lead integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social, display, email, webinars, website, and ABM platforms.
•    Own campaign architecture from targeting through deployment and optimization.
•    Ensure digital programs align to pipeline goals and revenue contribution.
•    Personally oversee execution in platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and paid media channels when required.

Marketing Technology & Optimization
•    Act as a power user and technical expert across key platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, ON24, SEMrush, and analytics tools.
•    Design and optimize nurture programs, scoring models, segmentation frameworks, and lifecycle workflows.
•    Improve landing page performance, conversion rates, and campaign attribution.
•    Lead testing strategies including A/B and multivariate experimentation.

Data, Analytics & Performance Management
•    Develop and monitor KPIs across all digital channels.
•    Translate performance data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
•    Partner with marketing data and analytics teams to improve reporting accuracy and visibility.
•    Identify opportunities to optimize spend and improve marketing ROI.

Account-Based Marketing & Personalization
•    Support and enhance CSC’s ABM approach using a variety of platforms.
•    Leverage intent data and behavioral insights to drive account-level personalization.
•    Align digital execution to pipeline and account engagement goals.

Operational Excellence
•    Ensure digital programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to brand standards.
•    Help manage budgets across digital channels.
•    Contribute to building scalable processes and best practices across regions.

Qualifications
•    7-10 ears of progressive B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within financial services, legal, compliance, or complex global industries.
•    Deep, hands-on experience across SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, webinars, website optimization, and ABM.
•    Advanced working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce (required).
•    Strong experience with analytics platforms (GA4, PowerBI or similar).
•    Demonstrated ability to build and optimize full-funnel digital programs.
•    Experience managing integrated campaigns in a matrixed, global organization.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect digital metrics to pipeline and revenue.
•    Comfortable both leading initiatives and executing independently.
•    Exceptional collaborator with the ability to influence without authority.
