We are seeking a Research Science Engineer to develop advanced semiconductor technologies, including wide-band-gap materials like Gallium Nitride (GaN)  for high-performance power applications. The role involves device design, simulation, characterization, and process optimization to enable next-generation solutions. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform TCAD simulations, device testing, and data analysis. 
  • Design and layout test structures usingCadence tools. 
  • Conduct electrical characterization with analyzers (e.g., Keysight B1500). 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology qualification and product integration.

Qualifications: 

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science; MS/PhD preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes. 
  • Hands-on experience in lab measurements and data analysis. 
  • Familiarity with TCAD, Cadence, and reliability testing. 
  • Experience with GaN technology is a plus.
