About this Role:
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs.  This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications. 
 

Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for developing new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be proficient in specifying the appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments.  The individual should be knowledgeable in IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts. 

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layout
• Experience in the layout of High density printed circuit boards.
• Experienced with Schematic modification and netlisting designs into layout
• Controlled impedance implementation, RF Circuits, and guard track layout experience
• Allegro PWB designer experience
• Create and maintain component libraries
• Experienced in footprint generation.
• Active security clearance is preferred, eligibility for clearance is required.

• Education Requirements: AS degree in PWB design or equivalent.
