Job Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for the assigned area of meat employees.
Provide training to meat cutters in the overall operation of the meat department.
Ability to provide customers with superior service.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone call, text message, and email in a timely manner.
Cuts and trims meat according to company specifications.
Maintains sanitation control according to company policy.
Ability to operate meat department equipment such as band saws, grinders, wrapping machines, power jacks, knives and cutters.
Ability to perform basic math skills.
Removes outdated or damaged products from meat cases.
Fills in meat cases when required.

Requirements:

18 years of age
Heavy work-exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and 25-50 pounds frequently
Ability to stand for 5 hours

Pay Rate: $19-$28.50 per hour based on experience

Hours: 40 hours a week
