CNC Operator

Job Title: CNC Operator (G-Code Programming Knowledge Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC shot peening machines
• Ability to read and understand G-code programs
• Perform first-piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with G-code programming capability
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with common CNC controls (Fanuc)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Perform repetitive tasks and safely operate machinery

Work Schedule:

• This position will train on first, but ultimately be a second shift position
• Second shift hours are Monday- Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am
• Optional Weekend shift Friday Saturday Sunday 5am-5pm
• Flexibility to work second shift, overtime, or weekends as required
