BCCS is seeking an Administrative Care Coordinator for our MYTP Program!

What You'll Do at Brandywine Counseling:
- Ensure that outreach staff, counselors, and volunteers provide quality, sufficient, and appropriate support services to all BCCS clients engaged in the project.
- Oversee the daily operations of the MYTP, including mobile outreach and the coordination of weekly outreach sites
- Provide onsite supervision of staff and volunteers and is responsible for recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate and deliver individual and group education and prevention activities, assists with the development and implementation of presentations and trainings, and provides case management services that include client assessments, service planning, referrals, and follow-up to ensure continuity of care.
- Responsible for monitoring supply inventory, overseeing vehicle operations for outreach, and ensuring quality assurance and program evaluation activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Offer culturally sensitive, client-centered, and accessible services to address the health, treatment, and social service needs of individuals experiencing homelessness, those at increased risk for HIV, people who use substances, sex workers, and their partners across the state of Delaware.
- Engage clients in getting HIV and HCV screening, testing, and counseling
- Distribute condoms, first aid kits, and harm reduction supplies in the community
- Play a vital role in balancing care management, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities while ensuring effective and compassionate service delivery across all program areas.
- Maintain an accurate and current resource and referral source guide. Establishes and maintains working relationships with referral sources. Understands referral sources, admission criteria and all steps to connect client to treatment

Requirements
Qualifications for this position are:
- REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate Degree
- REQUIRED: 1 Year Experience Working with Consumers at Risk for or Living with HIV/AIDS and HCV
- Preferred: HIV Counseling and Testing Certification
- REQUIRED: Driver’s License with 2 Points or Less
Pay:
- Starting at $21/hour
- Commensurate with experience, education, and certification with the Delaware Certification Board!
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- From 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
