 What You’ll Do:

• Conduct armed/unarmed patrols (foot and vehicle) to monitor security and safety.
• Monitor and respond effectively to alarms and surveillance systems.
• Control access, enforce facility rules, and ensure security protocols are strictly followed.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate security logs.
• Assist employees, visitors, and emergency responders in a professional manner.
• Identify and recommend improvements to security practices and physical security measures.

 What You’ll Bring:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• DOE/NRC Q-Clearance or DOD Top Secret Clearance Eligible. 
• Completion or eligibility to pass the NC Armed PPSB certification.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in military, law enforcement, corrections, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  

 Important Note:

Due to the nature of our work, U.S. Citizenship and DOE/NRC Q-Clearance or DOD Top Secret Clearance are required. Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining this clearance.
