Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Outlets Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record in managing fast-paced food and beverage operations, while upholding exceptional standards. POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Assistant Outlets Manager assists the Outlets Manager with supervising employees, maintaining cleanliness, ordering supplies, and other Outlet Manager duties.  It is the responsibility of the employee to uphold the core values of CCL.  The core values are “Is it right for the Club, will it present the Club and/or employee in a positive light, does it have a positive impact on the Club and will it build trust, goodwill and enhance relationships within the Club.” ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Complete orders for all snack bar locations. Knowledge of all products and menus at each location. Travel to each outlet throughout the day to deliver products and check on staff. Check products frequently and track expiration dates. Auditing ordering to prevent over or under ordering. Check daily that staff are staying clean & organized as well as prepping products. Ability to work at each location hands-on and fill in for any call outs or when there are rushes. Master and train the NorthStar point of sale system to input orders, educate staff, input menu buttons and pull sales reports. Assist with creating/altering menus. Write weekly updates for staff and help track and oversee events. Ability to stay in constant communication with staff throughout working hours. Assist with recruiting, hiring and training new staff. Assist with writing the schedule. Assist with digital signage and other methods of communication across the club. Assist with staff time and attendance for payroll purposes as well as tracking labor costs. Assist with counting inventory each month at the outlet locations.
