About the Role:

Budget Blinds of Wilmington is looking for a skilled and dependable Blinds and Shutters Installer to join our growing team in Wilmington, NC! This is a hands-on role where you'll bring beautiful window treatments to life in customers' homes and businesses — making a real difference in how people experience their spaces every day.

Responsibilities:

Measure, fit, and install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shutters, shades, and drapery
Conduct in-home installations with professionalism and attention to detail
Ensure all products are installed correctly, level, and functioning properly before leaving a job site
Communicate clearly with customers to explain installation process and address any questions or concerns
Inspect and troubleshoot existing window treatments for repairs or adjustments
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean and working order
Coordinate with the office team to manage daily installation schedules efficiently

Requirements:

Prior experience in window treatment installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred
Strong measuring and math skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficient with hand tools and power tools
Excellent customer service skills and a professional, courteous demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various home and commercial environments
