ENTRY-LEVEL MARKETING & MANAGEMENT — RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE A PLUS
We’ve recently partnered with a new client in NYC and are building 2–3 marketing teams around top performers. We’re looking for people with experience in restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other fast-paced environments who are ready to turn those skills into a long-term career. While this is an entry-level position, our goal is to train top performers into Managing Director roles within a year.
Our ideal candidate:
Restaurant, hospitality, bartending or customer service experience
Confident and comfortable talking to all types of people
Strong team player with a competitive mindset
Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Based in NYC or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
Responsibilities include:
Representing and presenting our clients’ marketing campaigns
Building relationships with customers and clients
Tracking team KPIs and reporting results
Managing client site relationships
Participating in networking events and presentations
Conducting market research and identifying new opportunities
