What You'll Be Doing

• Create accurate estimates and proposal letters for commercial roofing projects (new construction, replacements, coatings/restorations)
• Read blueprints and specs to plan the best installation approach
• Use The Edge estimating software to build and maintain templates
• Document all quotes and sales in our company's software
• Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and profitability goals
• Help improve workflows and processes with the executive team

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of estimating experience (or strong roofing superintendent/project management background)
• Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
