Position SummaryĀ 

The Executive AssistantĀ is responsibleĀ forĀ aĀ variety ofĀ complex executiveĀ responsibilitiesĀ for theĀ Vice President of theĀ Business Unit and other key staff members of the leadership team.  This position requiresĀ communication with high-levelĀ internal and external contacts,Ā exposure toĀ andĀ managementĀ ofĀ sensitive information,Ā andĀ a high levelĀ ofĀ tact, diplomacy, initiative, planningĀ ability, anticipation,Ā discretionĀ andĀ soundĀ judgment. This positionĀ frequentlyĀ functionsĀ asĀ anĀ extension of the Vice PresidentĀ and presentsĀ ā€œthe face of the Business Unitā€Ā to ADI C-Suite leadership,Ā customersĀ and employees;Ā therefore,Ā the candidate must have strong executive presence andĀ exceptionalĀ communication skills.Ā Ā TheĀ ideal candidateĀ possessesĀ solidĀ business acumen,Ā isĀ able toĀ connectĀ multiple inputs andĀ separateĀ pieces ofĀ informationĀ into a cohesiveĀ picture andĀ executeĀ a set of actionsĀ inĀ a timelyĀ andĀ appropriateĀ manner.Ā 

  

Principal ResponsibilitiesĀ 

The Executive Assistant performs a wideĀ array ofĀ administrative and project-related duties for the Business UnitĀ VP,Ā includingĀ but not limited toĀ the following:Ā 

Ā 

  • Handles, interprets,Ā organizes,Ā and preparesĀ information and correspondenceĀ coming in/going outĀ onĀ email, Microsoft Teams, and MicrosoftĀ SharepointĀ sites.Ā Ā Screens incoming informationĀ and responds inĀ a timelyĀ fashion, escalating to VP attention whenĀ appropriate.Ā Ā 

  • ManagesĀ a very dynamicĀ calendarĀ for the VPĀ andĀ for theĀ Business Unit,Ā in close coordination with ADI companyĀ meetingĀ and communications cadences.Ā Ā Heavy travel planning, meeting scheduling, and periodic event coordination with internal and external participants fromĀ US,Ā EuropeĀ and Asia.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Serves as a liaison between the VP, SeniorĀ VP, and others as requested,Ā following up with VP, Staff and other stakeholders on projects and deliverables, and prioritizing follow-ups and action itemsĀ accordingly.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Analyze and present company-reported dataĀ in partnership with HR, Finance, and otherĀ supportingĀ departments.Ā 

  • Contribute to the curation ofĀ social media and web presence for VP and Business Unit.Ā 

  • Maintains Resource Directories,Ā SharepointĀ and OneDrive sites, organizational charts, and other reporting systems asĀ required.Ā 

  • Perform other duties,Ā projectsĀ or special assignments asĀ required. Light travel will beĀ requiredĀ for this role (10%).Ā Ā Ā Ā 

  

Education and ExperienceĀ 

  • Bachelor’s degreeĀ preferred; equivalent combination of educationĀ and relevant experience can be considered.Ā 

  • Minimum 5Ā (five)Ā years ofĀ ExecutiveĀ AssistantĀ support ofĀ VP+ levelĀ in a publicĀ enterprise organization.Ā Ā Ā 

  • ExcellentĀ verbal and writtenĀ communication skills, with an emphasis onĀ grammar and syntax.Ā 

  • Experience workingĀ with international stakeholders and managing communications with a globally distributed team.Ā Ā 

  • ExpertiseĀ with MicrosoftĀ OfficeĀ 365 applications, andĀ demonstratedĀ proficiencyĀ with current enterprise technologies, such asĀ multiple device management,Ā online collaboration tools and AI productivity toolsĀ such as Microsoft CopilotĀ andĀ ClaudeĀ Cowork,Ā Ā Ā 

  • OutstandingĀ organizational and time management skills.Ā 

  • ExperienceĀ interacting withĀ international executives and corporateĀ entitiesĀ outsideĀ of the U.S.Ā 

  • SignificantĀ andĀ demonstratedĀ abilityĀ to manage multiple prioritiesĀ and workflows,Ā as well as toĀ multi-task in aĀ highlyĀ dynamic business environment.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,400 to $118,800.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
