As a Financial Product Senior Associate in JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing strategic product initiatives from development through market launch. You will lead end-to-end readiness efforts and partner across product, field & servicing, and marketing organizations to drive successful launches, adoption, and scalable growth. Your role will include defining readiness requirements, coordinating cross-functional execution, monitoring launch performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize and scale initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and customer data to inform product positioning and pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of product lifecycle management initiatives.Â
- Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.Â
- Assist in the preparation and execution of controlled tests to validate product hypotheses and drive data-driven decision-making.Â
- Analyze customer behavior and sentiment to increase engagement and optimize their experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by designing and monitoring controls across customer-facing processes.Â
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate launch activities, manage dependencies, and drive successful market expansion.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsÂ
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial product management, focusing on lifecycle and performance optimization.Â
- Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing market dynamics and customer data to guide strategic product decisions.Â
- Applies advanced analytical techniques to interpret financial models, evaluate returns, and inform investment recommendations.Â
- Employs structured ideation frameworks to design innovative, customer-centric solutions within budget, time, and regulatory constraints.Â
- Experience utilizing PMI/Agile methodologies to deliver customer-facing initiatives on scope, schedule, and budget while managing delivery and operational risks. Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and leadership updates.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and execution rigor.

- Experience supporting consumer deposit products, credit cards, lending products, or other consumer financial products.
- Experience leading or supporting product launches, commercialization efforts, or go-to-market initiatives within a large, matrixed organization.
