We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to support our company objectives.


Duties/Responsibilities:


• Designs guest rooms, common space, and outside gathering spaces for a variety of projects.

• Produces AutoCAD floor plan drawings, elevations, furniture layouts, and other pertinent drawings.

• Creates renderings in 3-D from Revit, Enscape, etc.

• Creates production specification sheets in SPEXX.

• Prepares digital presentation materials.

• Researches and seeks new furniture, fixture, and equipment options/vendors.

• Gathers materials and assembles design binders.

• May be required to obtain pricing and product data to support team members or contracted designers.

• Maintains design library by organizing and discarding materials as needed.

• Assists with project filing, archiving, and overall department organization.

• Maintains updated specification sheets, design binders, etc. whenever fabrics or products are reselected or discontinued.

• Support department on clerical assignments.

  • Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required for potential customer interactions.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Highly proficient in AutoCad, Revit, and Enscape. Must be able to create 3D virtual tours through the rendered spaces.
  • Must be willing to travel; maximum up to 25%.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design.
  • NCIDQ certification preferred.
