This role provides comprehensive IT support for external clients, ensuring the smooth operation of infrastructure such as servers, desktops, networks, firewalls, and VOIP systems. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, maintaining support documentation, and assisting with the implementation and evaluation of new technologies. The position also involves analyzing system data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with solid technical expertise across various systems and applications, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure, including occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting both external clients IT infrastructure including but not limited to Servers, Desktops and Firewalls.Â
- Install and configure computer software, hardware, networks, and peripheral equipmentÂ
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficientlyÂ
- Provide steps to help internal and external users resolve technical problemsÂ
- Maintain technical support procedures and reportsÂ
- Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issuesÂ
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applicationsÂ
- Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problemsÂ
- Test and evaluate new technologyÂ
- Provide insight into technical requirementsÂ
- Repair and replace equipment as necessaryÂ
- Deploy and maintain VOIP systemsÂ

Physical Demands
This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.

Work Environment
This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment.
