Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Wilmington team. 

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while embracing our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence in daily living and functional activities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
  • Support a positive and encouraging clinical environment aligned with our Christ-centered mission


Requirements


  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in North Carolina
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for patient care and functional rehabilitation
  • Previous outpatient or skilled experience preferred (but not required
