Pediatric Anesthesiologist opportunity at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC! Our practice is based in the New Hanover Regional Medical Center, a 678-bed level II trauma center, which serves as a tertiary care center for seven counties in southeastern coastal North Carolina.We also provide anesthesia services to multiple other locations across the Cape Fear region, including Cape Fear (Orthopedic) Hospital, Pender Memorial Hospital, Dosher Hospital (Southport), Atlantic Surgi Center, Scotts Hill Outpatient Surgery Center, and various office-based settings. Our practice has built a stable team of board-certified, career-committed anesthesiologists. Many of our physicians have fellowship training in cardiovascular, pain management, regional, and pediatric anesthesiology. Total Rewards
Salary: $580K
Sign on Incentives: $50K

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• ECFMG and FLEX
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician
