We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with pediatric experience to join a reputable school district in Wilmington, DE. In this role, you will collaborate with the IEP team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, motor development, and pain management in an educational environment. Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to evaluate students, determine diagnoses, and create comprehensive plans of care
• Demonstrate age-appropriate clinical competencies and adjust treatment according to individual student needs
• Follow intervention protocols and revise treatment plans as necessary based on student progress
• Accurately document services provided and student outcomes in compliance with school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistent support and maximize the effectiveness of each student's IEP

Requirements

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant PT experience within the last 5 years
