CTG is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, develop, and support applications, solving complex problems and enhancing existing systems. You will contribute as a technical lead on projects, guide less experienced developers, and ensure solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular 19+, .NET Core, and MongoDB/SQL.
- Lead technical efforts and coordinate development tasks for small to large projects.
- Prepare technical specifications, test plans, and documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, development teams, and stakeholders from analysis to user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring smooth application performance.
- Recommend and implement technology, process, and policy improvements.
- Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree with 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong experience with Angular 19+, .NET Core, and MongoDB/SQL.
- Familiarity with application development platforms and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication; experience presenting technical concepts.
- Experience coordinating between applications and business units.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of banking application frameworks.
- Subject matter expertise in supported applications and interfacing systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex projects.
- Proactive, action-oriented, and system-focused for projects beyond normal operations.
