Compensation: $105,000–$165,000

Project Summary: Wilmington projects include a vertical hospital expansion and a ground-up

3-story rehab hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a ground-up, 3-story rehab hospital project (90,000 SF).

• Manage project schedule, budget, safety, and quality compliance.

• Coordinate subcontractors and project team on-site.

• Maintain client and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Experience managing healthcare construction projects preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Wilmington or nearby, with some travel possible.
