Job DetailsJob Location: Sand_Ridge - Wilmington, NC 28401We’re hiring a reliable and customer-focused full-time Maintenance Technician with their HVAC certification to join our team! This role supports daily maintenance at one of our multi-family housing properties. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you.   Position Details: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am - 5pm On-call and overtime required (including snow emergencies) HVAC certification required   Key Responsibilities Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly and professionally Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning Assist with apartment turnovers and preventive maintenance Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed Work closely with the on-site manager and maintenance team Follow all safety standards, company policies, and Fair Housing laws   Why Join Us?
