Position Details Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available Pay Rate: $16.50 - $23.00 per hour About the Role As a Home Care CNA with Trinity at Home, you will provide personalized, compassionate support to residents in their homes. Your work will help promote comfort, safety, and well-being while delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment. Flexible scheduling is available, with all shifts open. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team. Provide companionship and emotional support. Support residents with mobility and prescribed therapy exercises. Ensure a clean and safe living environment. Qualifications Active CNA certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Empathetic and patient demeanor.
