Job Information

The Human Resources Analyst  - Compensation serves as a trusted analytical partner for Bobcat's compensation and total rewards programs. This role is responsible for supporting salary administration processes, and providing data-driven insights that help attract, retain, and reward top talent. Leveraging strong analytical skills and business acumen, the HR Analyst helps ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives while also supporting broader HR initiatives.

 

In addition to supporting Compensation and Total Rewards, the Human Resources Analyst will collaborate across Talent Acquisition, People Relations, Business Processes & Analytics, and Environmental Health & Safety to drive accurate reporting, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making. This role contributes to efficient HR operations and helps enhance the employee experience across the organization.
 
 

Role & Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify HR trends, insights, and recommendations
  • Develop and implement HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and implement programs enhancing the employee experience
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Analyst I and other HR team members
  • Assist in the design and delivery of HR training programs 
  • Participate in HR policy development and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Compensation 

  • Support administration and maintenance of total rewards programs for Doosan Bobcat North America employees (including active (non-union and union), retiree, and Canada populations) inclusive of annual pay increase and variable pay programs
  • Researches, analyzes and summarizes market data and pay practices and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics and their integrity and validity
  • Utilize organizational methodology and processes to analyze compensation for positions across functions including both production and professional roles

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience 
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong proficiency in HR software and tools, including HRIS systems and advanced analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Travel required: < 10%
