Your Day-to-Day
- Ensure compliance with PMI standards, legal requirements, and EHSS guidelines.
- Conduct self-inspections using sampling plans, SPC, and digital quality tools.
- Support investigations, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product and process non-conformities.
- Manage NC-CAPA activities and approve or reject non-conformities and action plans.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Monitor quality-related costs for semi-finished and finished goods and ensure timely decisions and reporting.
- Resolve critical consumer complaints and assess process impacts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in tobacco, food, pharmaceutical, or similar FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, GCP, ICH, and GLP standards.
- Strong MS Office skills; FDA inspection experience is a plus.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Relocation assistance is not available.
- Internal candidates in their current role for less than 12 months or on a Performance Improvement Plan must obtain manager approval before applying.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
