Wilson Immediate Care provides services for a wide variety of needs including care for sudden and ongoing illnesses, minor acute injuries, MRO services, on-site X-Ray and lab services, and more. Our physicians have a combined 80+ years of experience and all are board certified in Internal or Family Medicine.

How you’ll contribute 

Under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiologic examinations and related procedures. This position requires professionalism, accuracy, and strict confidentiality.

  • Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations using stationary and mobile equipment in department and bedside settings
  • Obtain patient history and assess for contraindications
  • Review physician orders for accuracy
  • Apply shielding, supportive, and immobilization devices
  • Adjust and control radiologic equipment to ensure proper ionizing radiation application
  • Review images for clinical quality and release patients appropriately

What we’re looking for.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Science (or equivalent) required
  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist required; Must be in good standing with ARRT
  • Registry eligible candidates must obtain certification within 12 months of employment
  • BLS certification required (or obtained within first week of hire)
