The Membership Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for all membership-related questions, requests, and/or concerns. The Membership Services Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, assisting with membership related issues, resolving complaints and processing membership transactions. Â
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Proven customer service experience required; prior call center or receptionist experience preferred.Â
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft products, VOIP phone systems and database programs
- Ability to work well with others
- Bilingual preferred, not requiredÂ
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer high volume of incoming calls
- Respond to written email inquiries regarding membership and Life Flight NetworkÂ
- Actively listen to members and identify their needs
- Provide information on membership fees, benefits, and other pertinent information regarding the membership programs
- Determine membership eligibility based on established criteria
- Recommend membership products to members and potential membersÂ
- Securely process payments for membership and/or donationsÂ
- Data entry into Membership database and/or internal trackers
- Investigate and resolve membership and/or payment issues
- Maintain accurate membership and donation records, including adhering to data privacy requirements Â
