Job DetailsJob Location: Wilsonville - Wilsonville, OR 97070Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $107,064.00 - $144,852.00 Salary Position Objective:  To provide visionary leadership and execution for controls, programming, and automation initiatives across all six North American manufacturing sites. Review and then Develop robust, scalable systems that support business growth, bridge strategy with execution, build internal expertise, and reduce reliance on third-party troubleshooting and programming resources. Key Result Areas: Performance Standards  Regulatory Requirements Support safety, food safety, and engineering compliance programs across all sites Establish and maintain controls, automation, and data management standards that align with regulatory and operational requirements. Ensure automation and technology initiatives support plant reliability, cybersecurity, and business continuity objectives. OT Alignment Mentor site leads on controls and programming problem solving. Develop formal training and troubleshooting guides for PLC platforms. Lead implementation of all new controls and integration related technologies. Assess, Design, and Support document current automation environments at each site, including controls, HMI/SCADA platforms, data historians, sensor networks, and communications infrastructure. Develop and maintain a multi-year automation and controls roadmap for each site, including hardware and software lifecycle planning. Identify technology gaps, modernization opportunities, and automation improvements that support business growth and operational efficiency. Drive consolidation of OT software ownership, governance, support models, and best practices across all sites. Identify and implement opportunities to improve plant automation, operational efficiency, system integration, and manufacturing data visibility. Approve and manage all capital installations of controls and integration related technologies. Process Improvement Develop and execute the roadmap toward Connected Manufacturing 6.0, advancing the organization's digital maturity and data-driven decision making capabilities. Study new control technologies and recommend efficient combinations. Develop standards for equipment and processes. Lead the Replacement of outdated process controls with new state of the art systems. Human Resources Comply with all HR policies and procedures. Comply with relevant employment laws. Develop higher level of technical skill in all plants Other Focus on continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. Ongoing development/training as required. Qualifications a combination of the listed skills and knowledge is preferred  Programming and controls mastery OSI-PI, Intouch HMI, FSGateway OPC DA & TOP OPC, Yokogawa - DCS (Centum VP R6), Omron PLC & HMI, Aveva systems, Rockwell ControlLogix, Ignition Vision  working conditions  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and talk, hear and smell.
