Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform the finishing process including cutting, attaching documentation, batch sorting, and packing projects.
- Assist Graphic Designers with printing, finishing, and shipping large coroplast, vinyl, and matte banner projects and small format prints.
- Proof content for accuracy.
- Prepare and process labels for internal and external shipping.
- Coordinate pick-ups according to the shipping schedule.
- Order and receive incoming graphic media deliveries.
- Stock media and consumables.
- Provide general maintenance of printshop equipment.
- Perform workflow documentation and daily shipment tracking.

Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum (1) year of applicable work experience.
- Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience utilizing ONYX Poster Shop, Vertelith, and FlexiSIGN, preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of large-format printing a plus.
- Inventory management, product ordering, preferred but not required.
