What you'll do:Â
- Mentor, coach, and train Sewer & Drain Technicians in the field.
- Ride along with technicians to improve technical skills, customer communication, and sales performance.
- Help technicians identify opportunities by ensuring every customer receives a thorough sewer camera inspection.
- Present sewer repair and replacement solutions with confidence and professionalism.
- Project manage the sewer jobs you sell from start to finish.
- Support your team in achieving individual and department goals.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.Â

What you will have:Â
- At least one year of experience in selling sewer & drain work.Â
- ServiceTitan experience (a huge plus but not required)
- Comfortable with an assumptive close style with customers.Â
- Flexible schedule - you work when the jobs come in (a Tuesday - Saturday shift or a Sun - Thursday shift).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
