As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a steady clinical presence, blending professional expertise with compassionate, relationship-based care. This role is ideal for nurses who value thoughtful practice, a calm atmosphere, and meaningful patient connections.

RN Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments using ASAM and MOUD and ongoing patient evaluations
• Develop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with providers
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
• Provide therapeutic communication, emotional support, and crisis intervention
• Maintain patient safety within a structured residential milieu
• Coordinate care with therapists, physicians, and support staff
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families to support long-term wellness and discharge planning

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, or residential treatment experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a calm, compassionate approach
