Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Flex Security Officer to join our team in Wilton, CT. This position is for one fixed location in Wilton and requires flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights and weekends.

As a Flex Officer, you’ll help maintain a safe and secure environment for our client’s employees, visitors, and property. You’ll cover different shifts as needed, so being dependable and adaptable is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Control access to the facility and verify identification as required
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to site procedures
• Write clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Follow all site assignment instructions and company policies

Schedule

• Must be able to work various shifts
• Overnight shifts required
• Weekend availability required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior security or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to pass any required background checks and drug screening

Compensation

• $22.00 per hour
