Content Management Intern

This intern will support the Creative and Marketing teams by assisting with the organization, management, and optimization of digital content across Tauck’s platforms. Key responsibilities will include:

• Applying and spot-checking metadata on content submitted from the Road (Guest and Tour Director submissions)
• Tagging metadata on newly uploaded assets to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Scanning content as needed, uploading assets to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and applying metadata
• Assisting with uploading remaining required assets from internal servers (I: drive assets)
• Supporting testing and evaluation of AI functionality within the DAM, as applicable
• Creating a template and editing existing Alumni and Legendary People bios for the Legacy Collection
• Assisting with formatting and editing Origin Stories related to Tauck product offerings and geographic history for the Legacy Collection
   

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort managing data
• Experience working with databases or Digital Asset Management systems
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems
