Primary purpose of this position:
Supervise all activities associated with plumbing field installation (commercial projects).
Specific Job Duties:
- Follow and adhere to all company safety requirements and processes
- Assure that plumbing and piping systems are fabricated and installed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Oversee layout of plumbing and mechanical work
- Manage plumbing field employees and complete daily tasks with the team
- Coordinate and mobilize all resources required to meet job schedule requirements
- Engage all employees within span of control in order to build relationships, assess employee performance, observe work progress and assure a safe work environment
- Actively pursue personal development opportunities
- Enforce company policies and assure compliance with company procedures
- Work effectively with all departments within the company, General Contractors and other trades
- Perform additional duties relative to position as assigned by supervisor
- Operate within established budget parameters
- Seek opportunities to reduce costs through value engineering suggestions, effective vehicle utilization and managing for improved productivity

- Ability to read & understand drawings and specifications in order to accurately accomplish layout of plumbing and mechanical work
- Must have the ability to travel to job sites and occasionally have overnight stays

- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be a high school or trade school graduate or have a GED
- WV Master Plumber certification
- 2 or more years experience in a supervisory capacity
- Minimum 7 years' experience as a plumbing mechanic or similar position
