Willow Hill Supply is a growing manufacturer of custom embroidered patches, printed goods, and tactical gear accessories operating under the brands Tactical Gear Junkie and Kentucky Emblem.


Founded in 2011, we proudly serve military, law enforcement, fire, and first responder communities nationwide. We combine American manufacturing, e-commerce, technology, and fast-paced production to create high-quality products with exceptional customer service.


We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, technically capable, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys solving problems and helping customers.


This is not a “sit around and answer phones” type of customer service role. This position is ideal for someone who likes taking ownership, staying busy, multitasking, and being part of a growing company where their work directly matters.


What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Experience & Support

  • Responding to customer emails, phone calls, and online inquiries
  • Assisting retail, wholesale, and custom order customers
  • Resolving order, shipping, product, and delivery issues
  • Providing practical solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Helping maintain long-term customer relationships through professionalism and communication

E-Commerce & Operations

  • Managing and monitoring inventory across multiple online platforms
  • Reviewing incoming orders for rush requests or special instructions
  • Maintaining online product listings, inventory accuracy, and product media
  • Identifying and resolving listing or inventory issues
  • Organizing e-commerce documents and operational records

Internal Coordination

  • Communicating customer concerns and updates with production and internal departments
  • Helping identify and solve operational problems before they impact customers
  • Supporting process improvements and department projects
  • Contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment
