We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college student to join our Accounting team as an Accounting Intern. This internship is a great opportunity to gain exposure to real-world financial operations and learn the basics of accounting in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry and organization of financial records
Prepare simple spreadsheets or reports under guidance
Shadow accounting team members to learn how financial processes work
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scanning, photocopying, organizing files)

Learning Objectives:

Understand the fundamentals of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Gain experience with accounting software and tools (e.g., NetSuite, Excel)
Develop organizational and time-management skills in a professional setting
Learn how accounting supports overall business operations

Requirements

Current College Student
Interest in finance, accounting, or business-related fields
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and organizational skills
Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality

Physical requirements

This job may require extended periods of sitting and using computer peripherals.
