POSITION PURPOSE
The Formstripper works as a member of a team to remove product from used forms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
General housekeeping and waste disposal throughout the shift
Collect and prepare materials as needed
Uncover forms
Break forms down without damage to product or form
Perform or assist with dry finish of product as needed
Remove product from form and place on trailer using overhead crane
Set up, use, and remove rigging to move product
Read shop tickets to determine dunnage usage and placement
Operate various types of equipment such as hoists, overhead cranes, hand and power tools
Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations
Housekeeping as necessary to maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner

EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
1-2 years of previous general construction experience preferred
